11.1 The vw2nw platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 and above. vw2nw does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If vw2nw discovers that personal data has been submitted by a person under 21, that account will be immediately closed and all associated personal data deleted, subject to any AML record-keeping obligation that may require retention of transaction data.
